Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application in connection with Khudwan P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad.

Permission is accorded.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

A report was called for from the Trial Court regarding the stage of the case. It has been reported that the case has already been committed to the court of Sessions.
