JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Giryak P.S. Case No.316 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 354A, 326, 307, 34 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per written report is that the accused Ranjeet Chaudhary entered in the house of informant and tried to outrage her modesty, when she raised objection, he put the cloth on her mouth and sprinkled the kerosene oil and set on fire, due to which, she sustained burn injuries and he closed the door of the room.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that whatever allegation is against Ranjeet Chudhary and considering the same one of the accused has been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17941 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 dated 07.03.2019 in Criminal Misc. No.14154 of 2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J-3rd, Nalanda, Biharsharif, in connection with Giryak P.S. Case No.316 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
