The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta Excise P.R. Case No. 189 of 2020 (Special Excise Case No. 7000 of 2020) registered under Sections 30(a), 32(1), 32(3), 41(1) and 41(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to personal grievance. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern with the alleged vehicle, wherefrom the alleged recovery has been made. Petitioner has no criminal history.

Case No. 189 of 2020 (Special Excise Case No. 7000 of 2020), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
