The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 286, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of Explosive Substance Act. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. named accused persons were apprehended with two live explosives. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as materials collected during course of investigation, let the

No.11503 of 2022(2) dt.11-08-2022 2/2 above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 406 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
