The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier vide order dated 11.07.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 18779 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that the petitioner had no authority to execute the sale deed. The informant duly executed power of attorney in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner executed the sale deed in favour of Nasib Lal and Nasib Lal issued cheques in favour of Gujari Devi

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16171 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 the informant. Other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier after considering all the facts on record, I do not find any fresh ground to re-consider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner above named.
