2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for appropriate writ. direction/directions, order/orders to the Respondent no.3 to comply the order passed in Bihar Land Dispute Redressal Act 2009 Case no.70/1314 (Shiv Shankar Prasad Vs. Kailash Baitha) passed by D.C.L.R., Sitamarhi Sadar on 6.1.2014, whereby and where under

Patna High Court CWJC No.3372 of 2016(2) dt.15-07-2025 2/3 petitioners application already allowed by the learned D.C.L.R., Sitamarhi Sadar but till date Circle Officer, Bairgania (Respondent no.3) not complied the order dated 6.1.14 passed in Case no.70/13-14 (contained in Annexure-1).

3. The petitioners have knocked the doors of this Court for compliance of the order passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Sitmarhi Sadar on 06.01.2014.

4. The claim is that pursuant thereto, a petition was preferred before the Circle Officer, Bairgania, Sitamarhi but he is not taking the matter to its logical conclusion.

5. On query, learned State counsel is unable to answer whether the Circle Officer concerned has acted on the direction of the D.C.L.R., Sitamarhi Sadar or not, if there is no legal impediment.

6. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioners to approach the concerned D.C.L.R, Sadar, Sitamarhi as also the Circle Officer, Bairgania, Sitamarhi with fresh representation and if there is no legal impediment and the matter has still not been taken to its logical conclusion, the concerned respondents are duty bound to take the same to an
