The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366(A), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the prosecution case and stated that out of her own sweat will, she fled away with this petitioner and later, solemnized marriage with him. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In view of statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11245 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S.
