Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,324,307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner allegedly caused firearm injury at the right leg of the son of the informant near the knee. Old enmity is reason for the commission of the occurrence as well as claim for false implication. The Doctor has found firearm injury consistent with the prosecution allegation. Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2019.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months of custody if the trial is not concluded in spite of full
