The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Azamnagar (Salmari) P.S. case no.122 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Sri D.K. Rai, J.M., 1st class, Katihar. Since the second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the application is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioner to appear before the Court below within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order, which shall consider the fact that the Petitioner on an earlier instance was found fit to be released on anticipatory bail and pass an appropriate order.
