Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2282 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is husband of the complainant. This case has been filed after 40 years of the marriage only because there is some dispute in respect of retiral benefit of the petitioner. The complaint has been filed after 40 years of marriage

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11655 of 2022(2) dt.16-09-2022 2/2 and petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2282 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
