The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that all the accused persons abused the informant for non- inviting in the marriage ceremony of his daughter. The informant made protest, then all the accused persons assaulted the informant and his brother. It is specifically alleged that petitioner tied a towel around the neck of the informant with intention of kill and petitioner with co-accued md. Sadique snatched Rs. 15,000/- from his pocket.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15701 of 2015 (2) dt.04-05-2015 petitioner that the injury has been found superficial and simple in nature, caused by hard blunt substance. There is counter version of the occurrence. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
