Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail petition of Petitioner no. 4 Geeta Devi, who died on 19.04.2015. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition of Petitioner no. 4 is dismissed, as has become infructuous.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Paroo P.S. Case no. 102/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are mother-in-law, father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. The informant (mother of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14342 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 deceased) alleged that her daughter was married to Rakesh Sah, but the accused persons on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry burnt her to death and disposed of her dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no any concern with the family members of the deceased and her husband.

There is no specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners (nos. 1, 2 and 3) above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 102/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
