2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner and 4-5 unknown persons were smoking ganja-cigarette in Revenue Kachhari and when informant objected then all the accused persons assaulted him by lathi-danda and iron rod due to which, he sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11479 of 2026(4) dt.06-05-2026 2/3 petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of suspicion. Further submission is that the allegation of assault with lathidanda and iron rod on the informant is made against eight named co-accused persons along with 4-5 other unknown persons. Except the one injury which is grievous in nature, other injuries are simple in nature. Similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Jaikaran Kumar, Prahalad Kumar and Shivam Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by the Court concerned. Petitioner is a student having no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties, nature of allegation, age of the petitioner and his fair antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Nawada in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No. 454 of 2025, subject
