Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown.

Name of the petitioners has transpired in the confessional statement of Raju Das who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7521 of 2017.

No.22170 of 2017 (2) dt.09-05-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka/successor Court in connection with Chandan Police Station Case No. 126 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
