This application for anticipatory bail in connection with G.R. No.- 1063 of 2019, arising out of Mufassil Police Station Case No. 123 of 2019, for the offence punishable under Sections 341/342/323/324/307/368/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. In view of the allegation levelled against this petitioner, this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
