The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Muffasil (Banuchhapar) P.S. Case No. 25/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A), 354(B), 354(C) of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the P.O.C.S.O. Act. The informant alleged that while his daughter was returning after purchasing articles from the Kirana shop of Bhola Sah, Ravish Tiwari (petitioner) caught her and kissed her. The petitioner was trying to take her to his house for the purpose of outraging her modesty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prior to institution of the case, father of the petitioner filed informatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12576 of 2017 (3) dt.12-04-2017 petition. The petitioner lodged the case much prior to lodging of this case.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is in jail for two and half months, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ist Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Banuchhapar) P.S. Case No. 25/2017.
