The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gogri (Poura) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018, G.R. No. 1139 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching Rs.1500/- from the informant. It is further alleged that co-accused Brajesh Yadav made firing. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than four months, this Court is inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16971 of 2019(2) dt.25-03-2019 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner subject to condition that bailors should be parents of the petitioner. Let, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Gogri (Poura) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018, G.R. No. 1139 of 2018.
