Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner and co-accused Rakesh Kumar Paswan came on a motorcycle. Allegation is that Rakesh had fired causing injury to the daughter of the informant and Rakesh fled away.
Submission of the petitioner is that he was apprehended only because the motorcycle, which was used by other co-accused, was of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20282 of 2017 (2) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Begusarai/successor Court in connection with Bachhwara Police Station Case No. 22 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
