JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-02-015 By filing the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed that a direction be issued to the respondents to execute the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No.93 of 1999. In my view, the application is thoroughly misconceived. The extraordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court cannot be allowed
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.547 of 2014 (2) dt.06-02-015 2/2 to be misused for issuing a direction to the respondents for executing an order passed by the court of Judicial Magistrate.
