Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No.83 of 2022 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 201, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case, which is purely of civil nature. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. XIV, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No.83 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U T
