The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 807 of 2014 registered under Section-498A of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is husband of the complainant and admittedly, the marriage of the complainant was solemnized with the petitioner in the year, 1992. It is also an admitted position that the complainant had filed criminal case against the petitioner for the offence under Section-498A & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code but the aforesaid case ended in compromise and after that, the complainant went to the in-laws' house but
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10585 of 2015 (2) dt.19-03-2015 again, she filed this case in the year, 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let petitioner named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 807 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka.
