Patna High Court CR. WJC No.366 of 2025(3) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 observation and direction but due to typographical error in para3 and 5 of the aforesaid order, A.D.J.-X, Aurangabad has been wrongly mentioned in place of A.D.J.-IX, Aurangabad. As such, the same may be corrected.

4. In view of the aforesaid, let A.D.J.-X, Aurangabad be read as A.D.J., Aurangabad-IX in the paragraphs 3 and 5 of the order dated 28.04.2025.

5. The rest of the order dated 28.04.2025 shall remain intact.

6. This application is corrected to the extent indicated above.

7. The matter is consigned.
