The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Roshanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No.96/2015 registered under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Shgerghati, Gaya.

After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the contentions after submission of final form under section 173(2) of the Cr.P.C..

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of as
