Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 55 of 2020, registered for offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is landlord of some godowns. The informant was demanding that godowns on rent. The petitioner did not give his godowns on rent to the informant and it was the reason

The petitioner has been granted police bail under section 41 (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail, that shall be disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by this order. The learned court below may take notice of the fact that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. With these observations, this criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
