The present restoration petition has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 4136 of 2018, which has been dismissed for non-prosecution, for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 29.01.2020, whereby one week time was allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioners to remove the defects, pointed out by the office.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the present restoration petition, the restoration petition is allowed. Time granted vide order dated 29.01.2020 for the removal of defects is extended for a further period of two weeks from today. (Ritesh Kumar, J) shital/- U
