Advocate General - 10, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail statutory remedy.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as indicated above.
It goes without saying that the period consumed by the petitioner while pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from
Patna High Court CWJC No.1431 of 2014 (4) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 16-01-2014 till date shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter.
