Considering that the petitioner by way of a writ petition complains of alleged violation by the authorities of the Zila Parishad, Saran at Chapra of an order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWJC No.13149 of 2015 presided over by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, I permit learned counsel for the petitioner to convert this writ petition into a miscellaneous judicial case (contempt) and whereafter let this matter go out of my list to be placed before the appropriate Division Bench after obtaining permission of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Since the matter relates to a Division Bench hence counsel would be advised to file 2nd copy of the brief as well for consideration of the second Member forming the Division Bench.
