2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

3. Petitioner retired on 31.08.2018 while posted as

Patna High Court CWJC No.22746 of 2018(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 Clerk in the office of the Circle Officer, Bakhtiyarpur. He claims entire post retiral benefits, difference of enhanced salary from July 2013, arrears of 7th Pay Revision, benefits of ACP and salary due to him from February 2018 to August 2018 with statutory interest. He submits that even the other retiral benefits including GPF, leave encashment, gratuity and pension is not being paid to him.

4. Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before Respondent No. 6, the Deputy Collector (Establishment), Patna detailing all his claims under different heads which will be considered and disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner along with admissible interest would be paid within a period of one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post.
