The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 285 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 266(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. stated that she herself gone with one Deepak Pal. Petitioners have no role with the alleged

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Karakat P.S.
