JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of the learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the respondent District Collector, Darbhanga for grant of appropriate relief(s) to the petitioners with respect to the lands in question mentioned in paragraph-1 of the writ petition. Permission is accorded.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
If an appropriate petition is filed on behalf of the petitioners within a period of two months from today with a
Patna High Court CWJC No.3561 of 2015 (3) dt.20-09-2016 2/2 certified copy of the present order, then the respondent District Collector, Darbhanga either himself or any other competent authority of the State of Bihar shall consider and dispose of the petition filed on behalf of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law.
