This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2016, after remand from some other case.

Submission of the petitioner is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put in test identification parade. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, above named, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No.
