The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier this Court vide order dated 15.7. 2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27137 of 2016 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioners with a liberty to renew their prayer for bail after completion of nine months in jail custody.

The petitioner is in custody since 9.5.2016 and he has already completed nine months in jail custody. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioners, Kameshwar Dom, Jitendra Ram and Ajay

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9686 of 2017 (3) dt.22-03-2017 Ram, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2013, subject to the condition that petitioners would participate in the court proceeding.
