The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 125/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/325/307/379/ 427/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and nature of injuries and also the counter case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on
