This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner who is accused in Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 242 of 2016 for offences under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of Arms Act. It appears from the F.I.R. that country made revolver has been recovered from the waist of the petitioner. In para-12 of the petition it is stated that the mother of the petitioner has filed a petition before the Senior Superintendent of Police on 05.12.2016, much before the date of occurrence, alleging demand of Rs. 25,000/- by the police. Without going into the statement made in para 12 of the bail petition, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above
