It has been alleged at the end of the prosecution that in course of conducting raid at the house of the petitioner on account of getting confidential information regarding storage of wine, the petitioner managed to escape while 70.200 litres foreign liquor (Indian origin) has been recovered from his house but without having presence of inmates of the house coupled with their reference in the written report. The petitioner, who has got no criminal antecedent, is under custody since 20.1.2020.

Accordingly, the petitioner Vikash Kumar Ray is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
