JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-02-2016 After some argument, Sri Om Prakash Pandey, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Satyendra Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Abhay Kumar Roy, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present anticipatory bail petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the Court below and make a prayer for regular bail on the ground that father of the petitioner in the present case, in similar circumstances, has already been granted regular bail. The prayer is allowed.

The anticipatory bail petition is disposed of with an indication that if the petitioner appears before the court below within six weeks from today and makes a prayer for regular bail, learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may
