JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge as it has been submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2021 and allegation against him is of firing causing injury on leg of the informant which is non-vital part of the body. It is also submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the named accused persons had assaulted the informant and lastly, it was alleged that this petitioner fired causing injury on
