The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 22.10.2018, whereby the petitioner was put under suspension in contemplation of departmental proceeding.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is under suspension for the last eight months, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to conclude the departmental proceeding within a maximum period of three months from today failing which the order of suspension as well as the departmental proceeding shall come to an end and the
