The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons assaulted the informant due to which he sustained injury.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11753 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 be 13.07.2019 whereas the case was instituted on 3.8.2019. There is a case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of six months in custody.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. The petitioner is alleged to have caused injury on the victim.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, on completion of six months in custody, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. -5, Darbhanga in connection with Singhawara P.S. Case No. 122/2019.
