2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 279, 337, 338, 379, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of the Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960.
3. As per the prosecution case, 08 cattle were found loaded on a Bolero pick-up van and on inquiry, no document in support of the recovered cattle was produced. Petitioner is registered owner of the said pick-up van.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused merely because he happens to be owner of the vehicle in question. It is further submitted that without consent or knowledge of this petitioner, his vehicle was being used by the driver for transporting animals. Petitioner has got no concern with the same. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Deokund P.S. Case No. 14 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
