The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.3.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10855 of 2016 for extending the period of surrender. Mr. Amarnath Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners confines the prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the period of surrender be extended further for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
