The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for a direction to the respondent authorities to dispose of the Case No. 22 of 2005-06 pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Forbesganj.

The learned AC to GA-4 appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 4, by referring to the averments made in the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 4, submits that the aforesaid case has already been disposed of by the respondent S.D.O., Forbesganj by order dated 21.8.2012 (Annexure-A to the aforesaid counter-affidavit). The facts pleaded in the aforesaid counter-affidavit have not been controverted by the petitioner, though a copy of the aforesaid counter-affidavit was served upon the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on 12.4.2016. In view of the averments made in the aforesaid counter-

In above view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
