1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Town P.S. Case no. 811 of 2023, registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a loaded country made pistol with two live cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 22.12.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14476 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the recovery of a loaded country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner together with the petitioner having a criminal antecedent, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.

7. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail on completing six months in custody. (Partha Sarthy, J) Shiv/- U T
