This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 364A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report. Her name has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid material as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court.
