Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 36C3 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 30(A) and 35(C) of Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is authorized retailer of one Sintu Kumar who is the authorized licency dealer of Nirma Food Beverage, which would be evident from Annexure-2(series). Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.02.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20313 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Excise Case No. 36C3 of 2017.
