23-02-2016 Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Four petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Inarwa P.S. Case No. 4 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 353, 224, 307 & 414 of the Indian Penal Code on the information of one Assistant Commandant, S.S.B., have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated. It was argued that petitioners are Bataidar of Mathadhish and they were carrying 15 quintals of paddy, but unauthorisedly, it was intercepted by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5833 of 2016 (2) dt.23-02-2016 2/2 member of the S.S.B.(Shashastra Sena Bal) and falsely, petitioners have been implicated in the case.

Now-a-days, it has been noticed that tendency has been developed, particularly; in our State to raise any dispute even in case of lawful action being taken by the government officials. This is one of the case.

After perusing the F.I.R., I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
