It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the order dated 04.05.2017, passed in this case, it appears that in second last paragraph in the satisfaction portion learned ACJM, Bhagalpur has wrongly been typed, whereas it should have been Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura as in the prayer portion of the bail application also it has been mentioned as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
In such view of the matter, let the second last paragraph of order dated 04.05.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of the sentence "to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Bhagalpur," it may be read as "to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
