The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 325, 354, 452, 379,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners tried to outrage the modesty of daughters-in-law of the informan, snatched jewellary and took away Rs.50,000/- from the box and on protest being made they assaulted the informant with iron rod.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury of the informant appears to be superficial in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15890 of 2015 (2) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 nature. At earlier point of time petitioners' side lodged Complaint Case No.1076 of 2013 against the informant on 02.09.2013 and, thereafter, the present case has been lodged on 22.07.2014. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No.116 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
