ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 of 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya.
Considering the genesis of the occurrence, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Court below, failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
