Petitioner is accused in connection with Misc. (Excise) Case No. 26 of 2017 of Pipra P.S. registered under Sections 30(a), 32(3) of the Excise Amendment Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a poor man and is engaged in labour work. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.03.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
